How to get help

1. Start at the Support Hub
supporthub.blackboard.com  is your new front door for Blackboard support. You can go straight to product documentation, service status and community resources without signing in. When you need personalized support, sign in there with your existing support site credentials. Nothing new to set up.
2. Ask in the Support Center
At  support.blackboard.com , ask the Blackboard Support Bot a question in your own words, or search the knowledge base. Answers come from current, Blackboard-approved support content, and the Support Bot is designed not to guess. The Support Center is also where you view and update your open cases.
3. Reach a person anytime. Just ask.
Ask for a person whenever you want, and we'll connect you to our support team. The Support Bot won't make you justify the request. And if your issue is complex, high-impact or needs human judgment, the bot moves you to a person on its own.

What you can count on

We didn't just add new tools. We rethought how support works behind them, and we made a few commitments.
People at the center. The Support Bot is your first stop for quick answers, not a barrier. Our support team is always within reach.
No starting over. Your conversation, the steps you've already tried and their context travel with your case. You won't have to repeat yourself.
The right person, faster. We rebuilt how requests are routed. Your question, product and account context get your case to the right expert sooner.
One owner, start to finish. One named support owner stays with your case until it's resolved. When specialists get involved, they work behind the scenes, and your owner doesn't change.
A support team with AI assistance. Our team uses AI to pull together your case history and the right guidance, so they can spend their time solving your problem.
Clear status and next steps. See where each case stands, who is working on it, and whether the next step is ours or yours.

Get ready before October 29

A few minutes now will make launch day smooth for your institution:
  • Confirm your system administrators can sign in with their existing support site credentials.
  • Watch for short preview videos and updates from us in the weeks ahead.

Questions?

Reach out to your Blackboard Customer Success Manager or your support case owner. We'll keep you informed through launch and in the weeks that follow.
We're looking forward to Oct 29, 2026, and to making every support conversation a little easier.
