Ally in Practice is a global enablement series led by Blackboard Ally’s Product Engagement Manager, designed to help you get the most out of Ally—right where you are. Each one-hour session is intended for a specific audience—either instructors and faculty or administrators—and focuses on the topics most relevant to their role. Through a combination of practical guidance, strategic recommendations, and real-world examples, participants will learn how to create more accessible content, leverage Ally insights and reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and advance accessibility goals across their institution. From understanding your Ally usage report to uncovering quick wins for instructors, each session helps participants understand how Ally supports accessibility, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine where to begin making an impact. To support participants across different regions, each session will be offered twice and recorded for on-demand viewing in the Blackboard Community.

Ally in Practice: Ally in Practice: An Administrator's Guide to Institutional Reporting and Remediation Prioritization
Designed specifically for Ally administrators, this session provides a practical overview of the Ally Institutional Report and how it can be used to drive meaningful accessibility improvements. Participants will learn how to navigate the report, interpret accessibility scores and trends, and use the list of identified accessibility issues to establish goals and prioritize remediation efforts. The session will also explore Ally usage data to help administrators understand adoption patterns and identify opportunities for increased engagement. Throughout the session, we'll connect report insights to available resources, tools, and implementation strategies, providing actionable recommendations for creating a focused and sustainable accessibility improvement plan.
