Do I have the ability to find out if a student failed to answer multiple choice test questions? The student claims to have answered them, but the instructor found them not answered. The student claims that they forgot to click the "submit" button.
My understanding is if they did not click the submit button or it did not submit on its own, then they did not complete the test. There would be no record of their work. You can access the work a student has done on a test by going through the grade center and doing the following:
I hope this helps.
What does this mean? Was there an attempt and a grade that was overridden?

This is the screenshot I was referring to.
I just tried to call you and I left you a message.
Julie did you mean to attach a screenshot or something? I am not sure what you are referring to.
I attached 2 png files to the case in Bb.
OK I can't see that. If you would like my input can you attach them here?
Attached. SY2328 had all the students, but the instructor was not loaded.
I manually added the instructor so she could begin class.
There appears to be nothing attached here.
I'm so sorry. I got my cases mixed up. I have quite a few in now. Let me
get you the screenshot.
How are the tests being presented to the student? One at a time or All at Once? We encourage our instructors to present them one at a time so as the test is being saved as they progress through the test. When it is all at once the student could, in essence, start the test (lets say a 20 question test) lose connectivity and complete the test and not know they did not have a question saved until the end when they submit. When they attempt to submit they will get an error that pretty much says that no connection please sign in again.
