Please join your peers across Alabama and the Blackboard Team for a Teaching & Learning Day in Orange Beach, AL May 28-29.

Think of this event as a free "mini-BbWorld" - and a chance to learn what's new from Blackboard. During this event, you will have opportunities to discuss hot topics such as data and analytics, faculty development, accessibility, and universal design, all while networking with your peers throughout AL. We’ll even have a little fun together Tuesday evening!

The final agenda and details will follow in the next few weeks, but for planning purposes, this is what we have in mind:

Tuesday, May 28

Start at 1:00 PM with REGISTRATION and NETWORKING

Sessions begin at 1:30 PM and end at 4:30 PM with a coffee break in between.

Sessions end at 5 PM and a Fun evening gathering will be planned!

Wednesday, May 29

Enjoy the morning at 8 AM with BREAKFAST and NETWORKING

Sessions begin at 8:30 AM and end at NOON, with a coffee break in between.

Hotel Information:

 

A room block has been held at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at The Wharf, which is convenient to Columbia Southern, our event host location. Rooms are $195 per night.
