We enabled Ultra Base Nav on our SaaS Test environment on 3/5/2019 and our environment was down for an hour after pulling the switch. I opened a ticket recently with Blackboard support and they said that we should not be experiencing any outages and they don't have logs to verify that.
Did any of you experience this outage? If you are planning to upgrade in a month or so, please let me know your estimated date and I will follow up with you after that date.
