Having issues logging into the Instructor app

Hello there, I'm having issues getting onto the Instructor app. Attempts to login return an error saying it can't access my institution (in this case being the "CourseSites (NEW) by Blackboard") and reinstalling the app, although recommended by live chat support, did not ultimately solve the issue.


This happens on both the android app and iOS version. I'm relatively new to the whole CourseSites thing and was just looking to take all the features for a test drive before fully diving in.


Is this an issue others are having and is this an issue the CourseSites team are aware of? Any advice would be very helpful.
