Student Participation Data Loss After Update

A client issue is her inability to collect the hours that students accessed the

Blackboard shell  This is information that she needs to send to the state

office for compliance purposes. She explained that the work she needs to

complete is being delayed and asked that a solution is expedited if

possible.

 

We believe the problem here has to do with some of the data in Blackboard having changed

with the last upgrade.  This is causing the report you're looking at to be

unable to see the information properly.  Right now, the two options we're

looking at are reverting the data change in Blackboard - which is something we

really don't want to do - or to change the way Courseadmin works to handle the

change in data. 

 

Any thoughts on how we can retrieve this information soon?
