Hello My System Admin Colleagues,
This my first question on the Community site (i'm so excited). So, I just realized that the "Clear Count" button in the SIS logs page is gone. Apparently in the v3500.3.0 update this was removed. According to Blackboard this was removed to improve performance and reduce system strain. But now when ever there's an error (I'm a school that uses ILP as work flow we get a lot grrrr) the count accumulates. Yes, I know I have to check on the log files and trouble shoot the errors. Most are user accounts not processed or a shell doesn't exist. But has any one been able to come up with a way to clear them?
