Why am I having so much difficulty getting to New Course Sites Support?

I have been extremely frustrated with Bb New Coursesites and New Coursesites support. I am ready to scream!! I am not even sure that this is the right place to vent these issues. So I appologize if it isn't and feel free to guide me to the correct forum. Therre is SOOOO much in this community, I can't begin to find the right place to post!!

 

In additioon, I cannot get through to New Courrse Sites Support!!  ALL of my emails bounce back after days of my mail server trying to deliver the message only to say that the Bb mail server refused to accept my email servers message!!

In addition, the chat option is not working either. It usuallly says its off line.

 

I tried and succeeded to go through the OLD course sites support and it succeeded but then I only get ONE issue resolved.

 

What should I do?
