Hello! When changing a due date in Ultra, it states to use the four-digit year but will only accept the last two digits. Is this a bug that will be fixed soon? My apologies if I missed a notice in another area. Thank you for your help.

You're right, I didn't notice this until now, I think they just need to change the date format in the message to show MM/DD/YY. You should create a case in Behind the Blackboard if this is somewhat important to your organization and to get a proper response from Blackboard.

I submitted a ticket to Behind the Blackboard for this and Tier 1 support was able to confirm that this was a bug and not a known issue. I greatly appreciate you catching this and sharing it with the community and your admin. The ticket I submitted is being escalated and should reach our developers for prioritization. I'll set a reminder for this topic and will post an update when our development team has made progress on this bug.

Hi Brooke, this correction is included in the release notes for version 3500.0.0, I check in my Test instance and the date format has been corrected! Now we only have to wait until October 4 to have it in Production.
