Our University has acquired 'Content Collection' for our Learn environment. As part of exploring its use, we'd like to eventually use it as a digital teaching and learning repository for all staff. The aim is to ensure all University staff can manage their resources through a dedicated directory (sub-collections), and give them their spaces that act as a home for shareable resources. Providing also audits, statistics, version control and comments on their resources.
My question is to the community, if so "how have you delivered this sort of resource"? I'm not sure how to develop a workable and user friendly structure that is going to be manageable by our team.
I'm very weary of hierarchy and permission values, so please if anyone could give me some pointers / do's and don'ts, this would be amazing.
