There is a bug in Firefox that means that Collaborate Ultra attendees using Firefox version 61 and above cannot be heard (see BTBB article 000049214). I tested it and replicated it.
The resolution in the article says ‘Avoid upgrading the Firefox browser to version 61 or greater, or use an alternate browser.’ I usually tell staff to use Chrome whenever possible but Firefox has been handy for some people; I don’t think it’s realistic that they would be able to stop Firefox updating since it does it automatically in the background.
