I've been trying to access the libraries and the xsd for a while with no success at all. Is there any alternative?
Mark O'Neil Scott Hurrey Mark Kauffman is anyone able to advise the community is this is likely to be fixed soon?
We are currently looking into the situation.
I'll post an update here as soon as I know what is going on.
Thank you for your fast reply.
bbprepo.blackboard.com also appears to be down although I don't know if this is expected or not. Reporting here to make people aware or correct me.

I opened a ticket in BTB. No answer yet.
Mine is open since June 18th, Andrew Hulme told me yesterday that no ETA at this time...
I don't know about the xsd, but you can always mvn install:install-file the jars from your running system in to the local repository.
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=bb-taglibs.jar -DgroupId=blackboard.platform -DartifactId=bb-taglibs -Dversion=3200.0.5-rel.8 -Dpackaging=jar
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=bb-platform.jar -DgroupId=blackboard.platform -DartifactId=bb-platform -Dversion=3200.0.5-rel.8 -Dpackaging=jar
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=bb-spring-webapi-3200.0.5-rel.8+3dd6b56.jar -DgroupId=blackboard.platform -DartifactId=bb-spring-webapi -Dversion=3200.0.5-rel.8 -Dpackaging=jar
I've done this today to shut eclipse up about unresolvable imports.
I'm using a more "provisional" approach in Gradle because I hope this issue will be fixed soon. I have added the libraries from the installer to a local folder.
providedCompile files( "bblib/bb-platform-3100.0.3-rel.16+2fe9936.jar" )
providedCompile files( "bblib/bb-taglibs-3100.0.3-rel.16+51d4014.jar" )
providedCompile files( "bblib/bb-cms-admin-3100.0.3-rel.17+e1d958b.jar" )
Up again!!! Thank you Mark O'Neil & Andrew Hulme
