I am working with a 3rd party and am trying to remove myself from having to create the courses and users and allow the node administrators to do . The users and courses are none-academic and separate from the university.
My testing of a custom system role applied at the node level to the account either lets them add (assuming already in the system) or if I open up the system admin > courses and users > create they see all institution/system roles and nodes. I am not finding a way to lock down those fields to the default I want and prevent the node admins from inadvertently selecting the wrong setting.
I was hoping there might be a way to use batch create users or batch create courses that the system role, institution role and assigned node could be set all at once. Not having any luck here either but my skills are limited!
