Has anyone had issues with adding primary roles to their user files and only one of the roles being generated in the enrollment file?
We added primary roles to the user file - student, faculty, staff, and other. When the files were generated from the SIS last night and synced with BB, the enrollment file only produced information for the staff role. All of the other roles were not generated and their courses were disabled.
We are SaaS and using snapshot flat files for integration with Colleague.
We have a case open, but looking for suggestions?
