We are just starting to use Enterprise Surveys at our school and we are unable to analyze results. When we close a Response Period and go to Analyze Results we get told that it is not available for analysis. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've seen this before on a test system. In the report definitions, you can configure if you want the reports to be available on demand or in a more batch-like job thing (that never actually seemed to run) I believe it's under system reporting in the admin panel.
The other problem that may be happening is that your ETL state may not be running correctly - this has also caused me problems with reports in the past. It can be checked under System Reporting and Refresh Report Data.
