For over a week I have been receiving the following error message when entering "Course Email Messages: Inbox":
Error Content Cound not get attached file. For reference, the Error ID is 2033a7e7-33fe-42c4-9896-cb7f90228997. Sunday, March 25, 2018 4:51:16 PM EDT
I reported this Bb administrators. They have never seen this error before. They have reported this to Bb. We still have not received any response. I as an professor have tried to contact Bb, but I am constantly run around by their stupid phone system. I have been unable to talk to a human being.
I now have angry students calling the Provost to report me for refusing to answer email messages. I can assure Bb administrators that the next time we are asked to evaluate Bb, I will vote for moving to a competent company. I cannot believe that we are paying for this disservice.
