I tried to copy a course into an existing (but empty) course, and for about 8 hours now it has said that the "destination xxx is waiting." I emailed our IT support at my college, but unfortunately they don't seem to have a clue. Should it take this long? Previously, it's only taken about 5 minutes.
This has happened in both of the courses I am teaching and is hindering my ability to set anything up! I am resisting the temptation to try again because I know I'll end up with duplicates. Since it does not say queued, but waiting (I've never actually seen that until today) is something wrong? Can I somehow cancel the action? Or can I somehow force it to complete?
