After the latest SaaS update this weekend, we are having issues with our Single Sign On through our Portal... has anyone else had issues?
Anyone else experiencing issues with Respondus publishing exams into courses? It appears that the latest update over the weekend did more than result in an outage for several hours. We are experiencing two errors when trying to publish exams into Blackboard courses using Respondus v 4.0.7.02.
The first error is an error accessing course list – login failed or no access to any courses. The second error is a failed authentication.
Any help would be appreciated.

Our single sign on from the portal is not working since the update either... Blackboard just continues to tell me it isn't them!
We had to re-enter the settings for the SSO Building block every time there was an upgrade - until we upgraded to a newer version of the B2.
Jo, you might want to repost this queation about Respondus under its own subject line. Folks may not see this under the SSO topic.
I have a case with Repsondus that has been escalated to Product Development - It has been three days since I created the case - no answer yet.
They sent a patch to apply to response 4.0. Or in respondus, got to help and look for updates.
