Fatal Error when Playing SCORM content

We have SCORM modules published from different tools in our system. Since upgrading to Q2 2017 CU5 with also Learn 2016 theme, all users have been experiencing issues playing the modules. Once you click on the modules, you get the following popup error:

[A fatal error has occurred during player initialization. Exiting.

Press 'OK' to display debug information to send to technical support, or press 'Cancel' to exit.]

 

Clearing browsing data seems to work for some people but not all.

 

I have attached a screenshot of the error and a debut log from one of the modules.

 

Here is the info on our Blackboard System

Building Block: SCORM Engine

Building Block Version: 3200.0.5-rel.8+3dd6b56

Blackboard Learn Version: Q2 2017 CU5 (3200.0.5-rel.6+3dd6b56).

 

 

Any help in resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
