Why can't you make a robust, user-friendly, fast version of Blackboard Learn for Mac?

I timed it. It takes me about 4 times longer to grade a short paper assignment for 21 students using BB Learn on my home Mac, in comparison to the students printing and submitting the assignment on paper.

Grade Center:

The menus are terrible.

The column controls are confusing.

The filters do not work.

The wait time is interminable.

etc.

Can you redesign BB Learn form scratch, please?
