We are self-hosted, running Q4 2016 CU3 and we recently have had numerous performance issues. We have had issues with the ActiveMQ Broker failing ( where notifications would fail to show up for students & course copies would simply stall), to issues of Blackboard being very slow to the point it became unusable. We also had a problem where students who would log in would simply be routed back to the login page. This turned out to be a known issue ( #42590).
Client support has provided some solutions, however I am wondering has anyone else come across these problems on their instances and can provide some insights into what they have done to resolve them.
