We are using surveys to collect aggregate data on students per course. The surveys that we are using are call EOC surveys and they can be found at this link: https://unoh.mrooms.net/course/view.php?id=338#section-1. The problem that we are running into is that we need to rely on the student to either type in the course (that they are taking the survey for) or the instructor's name (that is teaching the course that they are taking the survey for.) Unfortunately, they cannot seem to correctly do this (even when we provide a drop down box to select from.) So, I am wondering if there is a way to take the human element out of this, perhaps moodle can tag each reply with the course it came from or the editing instructor in the course it came from?
