We recently installed the "Manage Users" B2 by Durham University. Malcolm Murray
1) Once an instructor adds a user, the instructor cannot edit the role. The instructor has to remove and add again with the correct role. Is this the correct behavior?
2) Is there further explanation regarding the "Performance Warning" notification received by an instructor who attempts to add a user to a merged course (using Blackboard's merged tool) We would like to provide additional explanation to our faculty about what it means
3.) The Manage Users Export to Excel functions retrieves an error message. Is this the correct behavior?
