We self-host Blackboard.
We have started to use the Blackboard REST web services.
To use the REST web services you first have to get an auth token by calling the token REST web service.
This morning that process failed and the reason given was an issue on the Blackboard's cloud API Gateway.
So I'm not familiar with blackboard's cloud API gateway and how it fits with calling REST web services on our self-hosted Blackboard. Is there a good diagram or explanation somewhere that explains what the Blackboard cloud API gateway does and how it is called even for self-hosted Bb sites?
