We're developing our process for clearing off old courses from our production environment, and this morning used a SIS Framework job to delete a handful (10) of courses. That was the goal, at least. The feed file upload fine, and the process appears to be running. But 3+ hours later, the database is still having issues with deadlocks, different parts of the application are unresponsive, and the SIS Integration logs show no signs of the task having completed. I've looked in the queued_tasks table, and there's no signs of the jobs in there, either, but the database is still under heavy load.
Does anyone have a process or procedure for stopping a batch of deletes? Is there a table in the database that we can update in order to halt the delete process? Thanks!
