Disable Tracking

Dear community,

We are a German Blackboard client (self-hosted, latest update) and we are not allowed to track any user activity at all.

Unfortunately for us, Blackboard offers various options to track user activity.

Although we have disabled all relevant building blocks and tools and our lectures can’t get or even evaluate any relevant data, there are still two tracking options viewable:

-    “Track Number of Views” (within the standard options of each element)

-    “Statistics Tracking (On/Off)” (part of the context menu of an element)

Is it possible to “delete” these options from the context menus with just a few clicks? Are there any workarounds?

We are open to any suggestions :-)
