Oscelot Building Block (or any B2) disabling after SAAS refresh

Hi, has anyone been using the Oscelot Building Block or any other building blocks in a SAAS environment, but has been experiencing issues where the status of the building block becomes inactive after a SAAS upgrade?  Not only is the Oscelot tool made inactive, but the records within the tool are completely wiped out.

If anyone has dealt with this, do you have any suggestions on a remedy?

regards,

Mike
