If my students are working on a test, some of their questions disappear or don't lets them see it in full. Is there any bug that we don't have identify yet? They are using Chrome and iExplorer.
There could be a few possibilities which I had encountered before:
1) band width inadequate as too many logins simultaneously
2) the initial setting - could allow students to view questions all at once or question by questions (review setting)
One way I have done is to have the questions in MS Word, and allow students to download in case the system "drops" them as we are in an area where the Internet band width is not consistent. The MS Word will also be opened and closed at the same time as the Online Test
Just in case it's helpful, I can confirm that we have had multiple reports of missing test questions when using Internet Explorer. Cause is unknown, but we have gotten so many reports of other test issues in IE, too (the most serious being missing test questions and being unable to submit) that we now strongly recommend Chrome or Firefox. In fact, we strongly recommend those browsers for BbLearn use in general, not just tests.
