My institution is looking to implement organizations to be used as program-level hubs of information. These program-level organizations would need have faculty and students enrolled and un-enrolled based on their registration in the program. Additionally, we are hoping to be able to identify the users in the group by semester within these organizations, but this is a secondary need at the moment.
Has anyone had any experience with an automated process (pulling the user information from something like Pod or Banner) to populate the users into the correct academic organization as they come and go out of the program.
We want to avoid both individual and batch manual enrollments as the users would need to be modified often.
