Best way to authorize a user using Spring in B2

when I develop a B2 with some kind of arbitrary authorization system, for instance, the user has to have some institution role and be enrolled with other one in the course and today has to be February the 29th..., I have to check for this condition in each of the controller methods to avoid direct access to the endpoints.

In other applications I use Springboot, Spring Security and Thymeleaf which make my life easy, but I think it is a bit messy and overwhelming for a B2. Is there any integrated mechanism I can use for this?
