We are a little under 8 weeks into our full production rollout of Collab Ultra and we're getting a lot of feedback and complaints about the new way that telephony works. The user base overwhelmingly feels that having to launch the room to get the phone number and pin to call in is counterproductive. (ie: it's not they way it used to work and they don't like it.) We have explained the strategy that this allows to track the participants by name and that Bb Student is available for mobile when people aren't near a computer - but still we are getting a lot of requests for a general "call in" number than can be generated/shared before the room is entered.
Is anyone else getting similar feedback? How are you approaching this change in workflow? Thanks!
