Just wondering how different institutions are handling help documentation for Students and Instructors? 


The solution provided by D2L as can be seen here - allows you to use documentation that is centrally managed and updated by D2L but takes a lot of the legwork out of writing and updating documentation when upgrading versions etc.


Has anyone implemented, or know of a solution that leverages existing Blackboard help documentation but allows some modification of content to allow branding and removal of features that are not used?
