We have several instructors who are consistently (for consecutive weeks) having difficulty accessing their scheduled Collaborate Ultra sessions.
They have reported the following issues:
- Had trouble accessing their scheduled Collaborate session as Moderator. – try repeatedly for 15 minutes to an hour and finally get in.
- Got into the session okay, but were kicked out 1-2x per session.
There doesn't seem to be a common denominator - multiple browsers, some use wireless connection others are wired.
Does anyone have an suggestions as to why this could be happening? What is the workaround?
