We are working with a multi-tenant instance having 2 schools under IH, is there a way to change "Notification"==>"Email Settings" Contact, as to have different contact for each Institution??
Unfortunately this is not possible within Learn. The ability to change the Local Contact Support email is limited to only one email address (System Admin > Local Support Contact). I've seen other clients request for enhanced functionality in regards to the Local Contact Support function, being more than an email, such as a URL to a institution's help page to further facilitate/direct an instructor's request for assistance.
I would highly recommend and encourage that you submit and Enhancement Request detailing your idea and how it would further help your institution and even others and I concur with you that this improved functionality would be very beneficial for a multi institution environment.
