When trying to establish an Ultra session it times out and does not connect. You can see the participant(s) trying to connect at each end (lower left hand corner). And when you click Reconnect the screen flashes for a second then goes back to trying to establish a connection.
This is certainly the first time I've encountered this in all the time I've been using Ultra. So it seems very unusual for Ultra to suddenly be not performing.
What is interesting is that you can connect to room when using the Bb Student app.
Is this an Ultra problem?
a Blackboard problem?
a port problem at our end?
We submitted a ticket to Blackboard yesterday following a phone call to them but all we've received is silence on this issue.
