Here is my question that I need your help and opinions:
When an instructor send an announcement by email, students will receive an email sent from "firstname.lastname@example.org", however when a student subscribe a discussion board forum then he/she will receive an email from "Blackboard Administrator - email@example.com <firstname.lastname@example.org>" every time the forum is updated.
Would someone explain to me why there is an inconsistency with sender name display? Is this something we can change the setting on our System Admin Panel?
