It's actually pretty simple (although like everything it requires some specific knowledge)... LTI is basically a specialized version of OAuth that specifies maybe more specifically

Is there any way to get the admin access of the blackboard account. I am a developer and trying to customize UI and display popups but i think this would be possible through Admin account so how can i do this? I am trying sending mail to email@example.com but the mail was not sent.
