Noelle Stephens (and all),
There are two problems associated with testing opening in a new window on Q4 2015.
One has the content link description not showing, Article No.: 000041792, and the other has the Test Completion bar following each question to the point of blocking the question and submit button, Article No.: 000040039. This is confusing because it was fixed with the Assessments B2 for all tests prior releases and fixed for the Q4 2015 release.
However, it is not fixed in Article No.: 000041581 for Q4 2015 and Q2 2016 for all tests set to open in a new window.
Do you have an idea when this problem, Article No.: 000041581, will be fixed, as it listed Q2 2016 having the problem as well?
I do not remember seeing this problem in the Tech Preview version of Q4 2015.
Note, we upgraded out of Tech Preview to Q4 2015 in test recently which I have been testing out further and confirmed these problems.
Let me know what you think. I look forward to your reply.

Issue Description: When creating a test that is set to ‘Open test in a new window,’ the test timer/question completion status bar does not display appropriately. The bar displays on the right hand side of the screen and stays in the middle of the screen while scrolling.
Steps to Replicate: 1.Logon Blackboard Learn
2.Navigate into a Course
3.Go to Content
4.Open a test in a New Window > Click Begin
The ‘Question Completion Status’ bar is on the right hand side of the screen, and floating towards the middle. Upon scrolling, the bar stays in the middle of the screen covering the Save button and parts of questions/answers.
Resolution/Workaround: Display questions 'One at a time' instead of 'All at once'
