How does Bb handle feedback requests from random people on the internet who have located the Product Enhancement Request?
The underlying context of this question is based on a recent interaction with one of our internal staff in our institution.
In good faith, we provided them the public link to Product Enhancement Requests as we felt that they could probably submit some good ideas on their own. Meanwhile, at the top levels, we discovered that this personality may attempt to coerce their way into getting their demands met under no good grounds for doing so.
I worry that the actions of an individual will impact the business relationship between our institution and Bb.
We have begun to address this internally, but I am wondering what Bb does in these cases?
