My name is Kelley, and I’m a Content Designer in Product Development. My team manages help.blackboard.com, among other things. We’re excited to unveil the redesigned help site later this week! Our team has been carefully preparing for a smooth transition, and we can’t wait for you to experience it.
The new site follows the New School design to complement the Ultra experience. It is responsive, clean, and modern. Users who don’t come to the help site directly from their product will be able to easily find answers, thanks to a more intuitive decision tree and clearer navigation in the browser. We know that some people like to use bookmarks for frequently referenced pages. Don’t worry—your bookmarks are safe! We’ll have redirects in place so you will be brought to the page you expect to see. That said, we recommend double-checking your links if you can.
