Hello Bb Community,

I have been developing and/or conducting training for faculty and/or staff on Bb for a few years now, and I'm noticing a trend when it comes to faculty attendance (it's going way down!), although faculty say they need lots of support. As you know, training is especially important when new tools come out along with system upgrades.  I want to know if anyone had any fantastic, wonderful, and innovative ideas about how to get faculty to attend our trainings and/or how to get the word out to as many people as possible (email doesn't seem to work as well as it used to) about changes to the system and the support we offer them?  I am trying to find the best way(s) to alert faculty to training opportunities and when changes are made. Of course we already use email, system announcements, announcements on our department page, newsletters, and more fancy emails, word of mouth etc etc...  Any ideas any one could share would be greatly appreciated.
