We are having real challenges with Video Everywhere. We've had the patch and the setup with YouTube and it's still crashing in Safari. Is there a fix for this?
I spoke with a rep in our Support department. She said that, for any individual users experiencing a Video Everywhere problem, please have them clear their browser cache. If that does not resolve the problem, please open a client support ticket so we can dive into the issue.

Did you get the Google OAuth 2.0 set up? Once we did that, it was working for us on the browsers I tested, but I haven't yet tested on Safari.
Also, is it crashing for instructors trying to post, or students trying to play with Safari?
We just updated PRODUCTION (April 2014) and STAGING (Oct 2014) with the supposed fixes, and neither are working yet. I'm waiting to get STAGING set correctly before working on PRODUCTION.
Do you happen to have a case number for this so I can dig a little deeper for an answer, on the Support side?
