Browse Cloud Storage button not working (Blackboard Learn)

System: Self-Hosted, Learn Q4 2018 CU6

 

The Browse Cloud Storage button doesn't do anything when clicked on in Chrome. Looking at the inspector in Chrome, I get the following error:

In Firefox, the Add Personal Account window comes up, but when I select Box, I get a new window that comes up with an error:

Browse Cloud Storage Error.

 

I'm wondering if there's a setting I'm missing that needs to be enabled first? When I looked up the documentation for Cloud Management section on help.blackboard.com, none of it seemed to be applicable.
