Help us do usability testing at BbWorld17—or beyond!

Want to help improve Blackboard products like Ally, Blackboard Instructor, Blackboard Mobile (Bb Student), Collaborate, or Learn/Ultra? Or maybe you’re interested in sharing your experiences with accessibility, instructional design, or student success, regardless of your role?

Blackboard is organizing usability testing and design research sessions at BbWorld 2017, and you can have input into our product experience -- either at the conference in New Orleans, or in the future at another time.

      Option 1 (Product design):

Option 2 (Help site and materials, including video tutorials): Sign up for user testing for the help site and support materials. (If you're too busy to meet with us at the conference, no worries—we'll follow up with you after!)

Not ready to sign up? Stop by to say hi at our UX Lab or the Knowledge Bar, conveniently located next to one another in the Exhibit Hall.

      Thanks in advance!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Knowledge Bar to chat with us and try out some new products!

I wanted to note that Educator Preview is available for anyone who's looking to take a test drive of Learn with the Ultra experience. When you sign up, you're given some realistic courses and content so you can explore both the Original Course View and the Ultra Course View. You can also see what it's like to convert a course from Original to Ultra. I shared the Educator Preview with many of our BbWorld visitors, but wanted to make note of it here too in case anyone wasn't able to stop by.
