Add "Display of Grades" settings into "Test Option" page like "Create Assignment" page

    Our client requests to add "Display of Grades" settings into "Test Option" page like "Create Assignment" page.
    Currently, there is no "Display of Grades" settings like "Show to students in My Grades", differently from "Create Assignment" page.
    So, if instructors don't want to show to students in My Grades, they need to navigate to Grade Center and edit a Grade Center column setting after clicking [Submit] button in "Test Option" page.
    It is very inconvenient for instructors.
    If instructors can set "Display of Grades" settings in "Test Option" page, it contributes to instructors' efficiency very much.
