Set maximum number of points in weighted average grade column

Currently, averages and weighted averages of columns in the grade center are computed in a confusing and unexpected way in Blackboard. The ‘maximum possible points’ of the averaged column is the average of the ‘maximum possible points’ of all of the included columns. This is unexpected behavior, especially if only a few columns have a different maximum score.

For this reason, it would be best to let the instructor set the maximum number of points.

For example, see the example below which reproduces the grade center behavior. The weighted average is calculated on a scale from 0-10.25, while the resulting grade should be expressed on a scale from 0-10. It is impossible to set this up in the weighted column.
