Allow download of SCORM reports in csv/excel spreadsheet format

    The SCORM reports we got from Blackboard cannot be downloaded as a csv / excel spreadsheet format for analysis/processing.  We would like the report be available for download as a csv/excel spreadsheet to facilitate data analysis such as student performance.
