I am logging this enhancement on behalf of Leeds Beckett University, following the recommendation of the Blackboard Support team and our Managed Hosting Service Delivery Manager.

It is not possible to delete a question from a test if that question has been included in a question set, however the error message that displays when you try to do so does not give any useful information as to why this is, it just says 'could not be deleted'.  Please can the error handling be changed so that when a user tries to delete a question that is included in a question set, the reason is indicated?

For example: create a test with all questions in a question set. Add a new question to the test, but not to the question pool. Then expand the question set within the test and add the newly created question.  Then try to delete the individual question (because you think it has been copied to the question set) - you can an error:

    "Absolute Deletion Failures

Question: Example question for testing... could not be deleted."
