I'm a SaaS client, which is awesome, but I don't have access to the database. When I need user reports (for instance, I have 950 faculty, who do I have tagged for that role) I end up calling the helpdesk, then it gets escilated to tier 2, then about two weeks later I get my report. By then I've sometimes forgotten why I requested the report to begin with. If you go to users and click on the options menu, you can query for User Informaiton and System Roles. Why not add Institution roles to the drop down menu and then add a report/download button. You can also add a report/download button to System Roles to increase reporting capability.
